Position Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facility systems and equipment. This role is essential in maintaining a productive workplace by performing routine and preventive maintenance while adhering to strict safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute minor repairs on structural components such as doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and flooring.
• Inspect and maintain fire protection systems, emergency lighting, and safety equipment to guarantee compliance and workplace safety.
• Assist in the installation and setup of equipment and fixtures, supporting operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory for transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs, demonstrating respect for resources and environmental stewardship.
• Provide emergency response support during facility incidents or outages, acting swiftly and responsibly.

*Skills &*
Qualifications:

• Education: Vocational diploma or certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Certifications: TESDA NC II or higher in relevant trade (e.g., Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively and respectfully.
• Physically fit and adaptable to work in various environments.
• A proactive mindset with precision in execution and integrity in decision-making.
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Must be amenable to a night‑shift work schedule.
