Join a global team at the intersection of data and compliance, supporting AML/KYC strategy through advanced analytics, reporting, and operational insights. As a Data Analyst, working at a hybrid set-up (2-3x Onsite a week) and Midshift, you'll help drive decision-making, improve data quality, and support key KYC processes across retail and wholesale banking segments.

What You'll Do
  • Create dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and process gaps
  • Support KYC processes such as event-driven reviews, offboarding, and access management
  • Deliver management information on production, quality, and capacity planning
  • Define long-term reporting solutions and move away from tactical tools
  • Provide data-driven scenarios for strategic, tactical, and operational decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy through cleaning, validation, and interpretation
What You Bring
  • Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Information Management, or Statistics
  • Experience in data analysis within financial services
  • Knowledge and background in data management setting, KYC
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Cognos; basic Python or R is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to present insights clearly and build stakeholder alignment
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
