As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across social media, email campaigns, and websites. You'll produce compelling content, manage lead generation efforts, and deliver performance insights-all while driving brand growth and customer engagement in the Australian mortgage market.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong written English skills for high-quality, lead-generating content
• Proficiency with CRMs, preferably HubSpot, for extracting marketing lists
• Proficiency with editing tools like Canva for professional content design
• Mortgage industry experience is advantageous, but not required
• Australian Marketing experience is desirable, but not necessary

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating and editing audio/video content for digital platforms
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
• Understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or HubSpot)
• Creative mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems

Your Daily Tasks

• Oversee and implement a social media strategy while ensuring brand consistency
• Upload and update content on LinkedIn and Facebook for the business and its lead broker
• Produce creative and educational EDMs using approved marketing assets
• Create and manage social media content based on the Australian housing market and business strengths
• Respond to Google Reviews and social media inquiries
• Conduct market research on the Australian mortgage industry to support customer education and business growth
• Update mini-sites and optimize them for SEO and user experience
• Generate performance analytics reports on social media and campaign metrics
• Use CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, to extract marketing lists and support campaigns
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns
• Manage responses to comments and queries on social media content and EDMs
