Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions
  • Responsible to ensure smooth operation of the daily operational accounting activities, local invoicing requirements, month-end closing
  • Statutory and tax reporting preparation and submission;
  • Financial, tax, and managerial accounting for HRS Philippines and other HRS entities/activities if applicable;
  • Development of accounting and tax policies;
  • Plan, control and accounting of company expenses;
  • Control of accounts receivables and accounts payables;
  • Participate in preparation, control an analysis of company budget and forecasts.
  • Cash flow control and forecast;
  • Participation in ERP implementation and development;
  • In cooperation with the Regional Finance team, identify and drive continuous process improvement and develop effective accounting and internal control procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax and legal advisors and consultants;
  • Coordinate HR, administration and legal matters at the office level;
  • Coordinate, prepare, file and account customers offers, invoices and contracts.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Five years' relevant experience
  • Experience with any ERP system will be highly advantageous, but not a requirement
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically in Excel)
  • Strong analytical and good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
