Job description:

The Copywriter is responsible for crafting compelling and brand-consistent copy across a wide range of marketing materials (both online and offline) for diverse brands. This role requires a strong grasp of brand tone, imaging and positioning and a strong command of language. The ideal candidate can seamlessly adapt messaging across platforms, including social media, digital ads, in-store materials, product packaging, and campaign launches. Also, prior experience in a creative agency or advertising environment is highly valued, as the role demands creativity, collaboration, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development for Online & Offline Materials

  • Write copy for digital platforms including social media posts, e-commerce listings, display ads, video scripts, newsletters, and web content.
  • Develop offline marketing copy such as packaging labels, print ads, in-store collaterals (shelf talkers, wobblers), flyers, and POS materials.
  • Ensure all messaging is aligned with brand voice, positioning, and marketing objectives.

Packaging & Product Copy

  • Craft product names, taglines, ingredient stories, and usage instructions in line with brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure synergy between visuals and written content.

Campaign Messaging & Conceptual Work

  • Participate in ideation and brainstorming for integrated campaigns and brand initiatives.Develop campaign messaging frameworks, big ideas, headlines, and support copy for multi-platform rollouts.

E-Commerce & Digital Content Optimization

  • Write and optimize product descriptions and digital content tailored for platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and
  • Ensure consistency in tone and clarity across product catalogs, promo banners, and CRM/email campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, marketers, brand teams, and project managers to align on briefs and ensure accurate message delivery.
  • Contribute to creative development meetings and brand immersion sessions.

Editing, Proofreading & Compliance

  • Review and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, consistency, and compliance with brand and legal standards.
  • Maintain accurate tone of voice and ensure alignment across multilingual or regionally adapted materials.
