Geodetic Engineer

1. Advanced Technical Descriptions Plotting

• Advanced technical plotting of shape of the property thru software, based from the technical documents of Business Development and Acquisition groups for consolidation and acquisition. Including troubleshooting of open polygon lots/titles.

• Satellite-overlay-mapping checking of all lots using software for presentation to management

2. Lot Plan & Vicinity Mapping

• Preparation of lot plans and vicinity map of all consolidated-acquired lots based from the latest land titles/records of local government units

• Printing of above output in coordination with the authorized Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) shop, for sign and seal, prior plan submission.

3. Survey Reports Generation

• Processing of survey raw data to generate all kinds of survey reports of all offered properties prior payment to the seller

• Database encoding to ensure accurate and organized documentation and monitoring of all reports

4. Verified Survey Returns (VSR) -Simple and Complex

• Prepares complete set of computations and plans of complex survey returns for verification and approval at Bureau of Lands

• Monitors status and follow-up all ongoing technical VSR computation and approval at the Bureau of Lands

5. Boundary and Topographic Plan

• Prepares detailed plan of the boundary and elevation of the whole consolidated property based from the actual ground survey data

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Geodetic Engineer;

• With experience in Technical Descriptions Plotting, Lot Plan & Vicinity Mapping, and/or Verified Survey Returns (VSR);

• Must be knowledgeable with AutoCAD and GE Survey software;

• Highly analytical with strong problem solving and people skills;

• Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.

Work Conditions

• Ortigas-based but conducts site visits in Central Luzon from time to time.
