Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile and imaginative Creative Writer & Event Conceptualizer who can craft compelling stories and develop engaging concepts for campaigns, activations, and events. This role combines content creation with creative event ideation, ensuring brand messages are not only well-written but also brought to life through unique, experiential executions.

The ideal candidate is a wordsmith with a strong sense of visual storytelling, cultural trends, and audience engagement—able to switch between writing a captivating press release, scripting event segments, and brainstorming immersive brand experiences, while working closely with designers to ensure seamless concept translation.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Writing & Content Development

  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for marketing materials, event scripts, speeches, taglines, social media, and campaign collaterals.
  • Develop press releases, product write-ups, and promotional content that enhance brand storytelling.
  • Create compelling narratives and event flow scripts that align with campaign goals and target audience.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice.

Event Conceptualization & Ideation

  • Develop unique and innovative event concepts, themes, and experiences that meet client or brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to translate ideas into strong visual and experiential outputs.
  • Pitch creative concepts internally and to clients, ensuring alignment between copy, visuals, and overall brand direction.
  • Research cultural trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to inspire fresh event ideas.

Campaign & Event Execution Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating event details to ensure creative elements are delivered seamlessly.
  • Work closely with creatives in design to ensure all materials align with the intended storytelling and concept.
  • Oversee the integration of storytelling into event flow, stage design, and program activities.
  • Provide on-site creative direction and quality control during event execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in creative writing, copywriting, or event conceptualization (agency or brand side).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both written work and event/campaign concepts.
  • Excellent command of English (and Filipino, if applicable) with strong grammar, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for conceptualizing innovative experiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing, branding, and event production processes.
  • Strong pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
