Our client is a holistic pain-relief coaching program founded by a wellness expert with over 30 years of experience helping individuals overcome chronic pain by addressing its emotional, muscular, and stress-related roots.

About The Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Digital Marketer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of innovative online marketing campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to work with a disruptive brand in the pain and health space, aiming to re-educate the public on the root causes of physical pain and offer empowering solutions.

The ideal candidate will not only bring strong marketing expertise but also be passionate about health and wellness, and genuinely interested in helping people transform their lives. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, wants to understand our one-of-a-kind product, and can strategize and execute campaigns that clearly communicate our point of difference to the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage disruptive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms including social media, search, email, and paid ads
  • Strategically plan and lead marketing campaigns that challenge conventional thinking and reposition public understanding around physical pain
  • Create high-converting, brand-aligned content to drive visibility, community engagement, and lead generation
  • Collaborate in shaping the messaging that clearly communicates our unique product offering and the impact it has on people's lives
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI
  • Oversee social media calendars, drive meaningful conversations, and monitor campaign performance to refine strategies
  • Execute SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online presence and organic reach
  • Analyze performance metrics and create actionable reports to continuously improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure unified and consistent brand storytelling
  • Stay current with digital trends, marketing innovations, and new tools to maintain our position as a disruptor in the space

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven digital marketing experience, ideally within the health, fitness, or service-based industries
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnel creation, customer journey mapping, and social media positioning
  • Experience with marketing campaigns that challenge traditional norms or reposition an industry message
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms and social media platforms (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Passionate about empowering people, supporting transformation, and being part of a brand with purpose
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into real-world marketing strategies
  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Skills

  • Graphic design or basic video editing (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
  • Knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization
  • Experience in mission-driven marketing or working with startups/disruptive brands
