Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Source and qualify leads through Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and outbound calling.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision makers.
  • Execute multi-step outbound sequences to drive meetings and discovery calls.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects across multiple stages.

Sales Development & Discovery

  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client needs, outsourcing pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Position Virtual Staffing Solutions' services clearly and confidently, matching solutions to client requirements.
  • Schedule, prepare, and support VSS leadership in capability calls, demos, and proposal walkthroughs.

Proposal Handling & Deal Progression

  • Manage follow-ups, objection handling, and nurturing sequences.
  • Support deal structuring, solution design, and documentation across multiple regions (PH, CO, US).

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, BDM, or similar roles.
  • Experience in selling call center / BPO services.
  • Strong experience in outbound lead generation (email + LinkedIn + calling).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with typical outsourcing buyer ecosystems (Ops Directors, Vendor Managers, CFOs, Founders, CTOs).
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work in US hours.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    and manage tasks independently.
  • Ability to generate ideas,
    propose strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement.
