Shift: Mid Shift (12 NN - 9 PM PHT), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge on building scalable applications in Ruby on Rails
• Experience in breaking down business requirements into engineering work, managing road maps and priorities
• Familiarity with Sidekiq, MySQL/PostgreSQL
• TDD and BDD, focusing on both unit and feature tests
• Version Control/Source Code Management with Git, or similar
• Agile development practices
• Communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical business functions, and external clients
• Experience leading a team of developers, providing mentorship, and developing progression plans
• Experience deploying to cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Heroku

• Collaboration with cross-business stakeholders
• Designing engineering and architectural solutions from product requirements
• Implementing robust, well tested, and secure applications
• Support and mentor engineers
• Define standards and processes for the engineering team, shaping the way we build software
