Job Title: Leasing Staff

Location: Karuhatan, Valenzuela City

About the Role

We're looking for an organized and proactive Leasing Staff to handle leasing contracts, tenant relations, and business compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in fieldwork and document processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lessor and tenant contracts, renewals, and payments.
  • Negotiate rental terms (with management approval) and process contracts.
  • Market and promote available units; handle leasing inquiries.
  • Monitor stock insurance policies and ensure timely renewals.
  • Process business permits, licenses, POS registration, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Admin, and IT teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication & organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of business permits, compliance requirements, and BIR registrations.
  • Experience with fieldwork and document processing.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
