Minimum Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Financial Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or Management Engineering.
  • CPA license and/or a Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFM) are also a plus.

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or due diligence at a Big 4 firm is a strong advantage.
  • Background in the finance, investment, or consulting industry is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising teams.
  • Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks, governance standards, and investment evaluation.

Communication & Influence

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience influencing senior leaders and external stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency

  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with financial data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience in management reporting and strategic business reviews.
  • Strong financial projection, scenario analysis, and visualization capabilities.
  • Background in financial analytics and data-driven decision support.
