Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify vendor invoices; match with PO and supporting documents.
  • Prepare and schedule payments (checks, online transfers, etc.).
  • Maintain vendor records and coordinate with suppliers to resolve billing issues.
  • Reconcile AP accounts and prepare ageing reports.
  • Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with accounting policies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  2. With or without experience
  3. Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems.
  4. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
