Position Title: Warehouse Keeper

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PH Time (shifting schedule)

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

This is a clerical and technical work involved in overseeing general operations which consist of taking deliveries including shipping and receiving, conducting stock checks, executing data recording, storage of inventory, monitoring stock levels, and securing efficient material / asset handling in the warehouse.

Work involves initiating purchase requests and keeping track of the stages through which each purchase is routed until receipt and payment. Work also involves shipping and receiving responsibilities for materials purchased including filing damage claims and shipping out materials being returned for various reasons. Work is usually performed under general supervision and requires the use of independent judgment and initiative while continuing to work within defined company processes; will work cooperatively with Procurement and I.T Department.

What Youll Do:

  • Keep documentation and responsible for warehouse transactions that includes deploying and receiving company assets

  • Initiate screening of deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are damaged

  • Counter check needed materials and supplies to all departments in the organization

  • Monitor stock margin and trigger purchase orders to the procurement division

  • Control stock levels for housekeeping and maintenance divisions

  • Provide detailed reports for departmental charges (for client or internal)

  • Responsible for for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials

  • Responsible for collaborating with procurement for the RMA and other equipment repair

  • Secure overall company assets through tagging and recording

  • Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain inventory.

What Were Looking For:

  • With at least 1 year equivalent experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Must have an understanding of internal standards and practices.

  • Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Able to demonstrate initiative.

  • Strong Attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, ect)

  • Proficient in creation and presentation of reports

  • Good organizing and decision-making abilities
