  • Registration Statements (Forms S-1, S-3, S-8, etc.)
  • Amendments (pre-effective and post-effective amendments)
  • Prospectus updates and supplements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Investor Relations) and external parties (outside counsel, auditors, printers/EDGAR agents) to ensure filings are accurate and timely.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing disclosure documents, exhibits, consents, and opinion letters.
  • Coordinate the EDGAR/XBRL filing process, including tagging and proofing documents.
  • Track and manage deadlines for filing and responding to SEC comments or requests.
  • Monitor changes in SEC rules/regulations and help ensure organizational compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of filings and related documentation.
  • Assist in corporate governance support and other legal/compliance administrative tasks as needed.
