  • Review and verify loan applications, credit, income, and asset documentation
  • Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters on missing or pending items
  • Ensure files comply with lending regulations and company policies
  • Enter and update data in the loan system; prepare files for underwriting and closing
  • Coordinate with title/escrow and confirm documents before funding
  • Maintain accurate records and safeguard borrower information

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Able to work night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php30, Php36,500.00 per month
