Mortgage Loan Processors play a critical role in the home loan process by reviewing and verifying loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. They act as a liaison between borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to facilitate smooth and timely loan approvals. Function to help streamline mortgage transactions, enhance customer experience, and support the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Review loan applications and verify all necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather required information.
  • Conduct credit checks and assess financial information to determine borrower eligibility.
  • Prepare loan files for underwriting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track the status of loan applications and provide timely updates to all parties involved.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the processing of loans.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Must be available to work assigned shifts as determined by company scheduling needs, which may include either graveyard or morning shift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office Setting

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to the Team Leader, Supervisor and Manager.

SALARY: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

PAY RANGE: Php 18,000 minimum to Php 35,000 maximum.

LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig City

EMPLOYEMENT TYPE: Full time

SCHEDULE: Fixed Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (graveyard or morning shift)
