The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safe and reliable operations throughout the vicinity of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to electrical service calls and emergencies.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
  • Assist in energy conservation efforts by monitoring and improving electrical efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and departments to support operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or vocational course in Electrical Technology or related field.
  • Licensed Electrician (TESDA NC II or higher certification preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in hotel, resort, or commercial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to use electrical tools, testing devices, and safety equipment properly.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
