Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved problems when necessary.
  • Process transactions, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support other departments and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other customer management tools.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned at Mandaluyong City/San Juan City, Quezon City
