What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, or other communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure a high level of service
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not required
