We are URGENTLY HIRING for the Operation/ Soft Service (Office Support position). Willing to be assigned at High End Residential Building in Ayala Malls Solenad Nuvali 2 & 3.

Qualifications:

  • With Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Management is required.
  • Minimum two (2) year of work experience in Mall Operations Or property management with soft services.
  • Hands-on experience of similar role, managing both in-house and Subcontractors Soft services.
  • Knowledgeable in local operations, regulations and codes.
  • BICS certification is preferable (not a must).
  • Excellent communication and reporting writing skills.
  • Familiar with basic accounting, running operation under fixed budget and understand the concept of cost control.
  • Average proficiency level in communication, organization, critical thinking abilities and project management skills
  • Average proficiency level in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel
  • Average proficiency level in project management, planning, people management and leadership skills

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of soft services in Ayala Malls Nuvali.
  • Manage service providers for housekeeping, hygiene, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards in all mall areas including public zones, back-of-house, washrooms, loading bays, and parking areas.
  • Act as first point of contact for incidents involving Corporate FM, QHSE, tenants, and contractors. Ensure proper escalation and reporting.
  • Monitor service requests, consumable usage, and stock levels.
  • Identify and report defects related to facilities and new construction.
  • Support sustainability programs through data gathering on utilities and waste.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution of service concerns.
  • Coordinate with mall management and merchants as needed, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements, including budgetary inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits, and maintain strong on-ground presence, especially during peak periods and events.
  • Submit all required reports and documentation on schedule.
