Job Summary

The Motorized Field Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets within an assigned territory. The role involves visiting retail outlets, wholesalers, and other clients on a regular basis to manage sales, build strong relationships, ensure product availability and visibility, and gather market intelligence. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market and the ability to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Present and sell company products to new and existing customers.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the market share.

Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to maximize profitability.

Manage and track customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.

2. Territory and Client Management:

Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.

Conduct regular visits to all outlets within the assigned territory.

Ensure products are properly merchandised and have high visibility on shelves.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads and customer accounts in a CRM system.

3. Market and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and new selling possibilities.

Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Provide timely feedback and reports to management on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor actions.

4. Reporting and Administration:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Collaborate with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and effective promotional activities.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

A valid driver's license for a motorcycle or other vehicle is a must.

2. Core Skills:

Strong Sales Acumen: A deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and the sales cycle.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.

Time Management and Organization: Ability to plan routes, manage a busy schedule, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Self-Motivation: A results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and quickly address customer concerns and on-the-ground challenges.

Physical Stamina: The role requires extensive travel and can be physically demanding.

3. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using a smartphone for sales reporting and data entry.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
