Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nihongo Teacher to conduct advanced Japanese language classes, focusing on JLPT progression from N3 to N2 and N2 to N1. The role also includes practice lessons in Japanese business communication and speaking. The ideal candidate is a native Japanese speaker with strong teaching expertise, particularly at higher proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging Nihongo lessons primarily for JLPT levels:
  • N3 → N2
  • N2 → N1
  • Provide structured practice in Japanese business communication, speaking, and conversation.
  • If required and if time permits, handle lower-level classes:
  • N5 → N4
  • N4 → N3
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Prepare lesson plans, exercises, and materials tailored to students' learning needs.
  • Maintain a professional and interactive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Japanese native speaker (due to advanced-level teaching).
  • Strong command of both spoken and written Japanese.
  • Experience in teaching JLPT preparation courses, especially advanced levels.
  • Familiarity with Japanese business culture and communication styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teaching certification or relevant experience is an advantage.

Working Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, excluding national, special, and local holidays).
