Project Supervisor

Job Description:

Prepares design, drawings, planning, supervision and implementation of assigned engineering project (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Works).

Prepares scope of works (inclusions of project), estimate quantities and cost of materials or labor to determine project feasibility and ensure that all quantities, rates, assumptions and exclusions are correct.

Prepares project status reports and updates by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

Monitors all project requirements, project progression, identifying and addressing design parameters & problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.

Performs overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel's performance) and reports regularly on project status.

Performs risk management to minimize project risks and to ensure a safe working environment that is free from hazard in coordination of Safety Engineer.

Job Specification:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil).

Preferably 3-5 years working experience specialized in Engineering Project Management (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).

Preferably with a background in infrastructure, structural, mechanical and electrical works.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Bill of Materials, Manpower Schedule and other Project Management Tools.

Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

Project management and supervision skills.

Decision making ability and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
