Product Specialist

JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare budgetary technical proposals, scope documents, and specifications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and lunch-and-learn sessions.
- Assist the sales team during technical clarifications and negotiations.
- Train customers on product and solution principles for mining industry.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product updates and custom configurations.
- Conduct site audits and improvement recommendations if needed.
- Provide post-sales field support if necessary.
- Product pricing and marketing strategies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's in technical or mechanical engineering (licensed is not required)
- Has 2-4 year's experience on the field, preferably with exposure to Mining
- Exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and Root Cause Analysis
- Driver's License is a must
