Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Assist Sales Executives with client follow-ups, proposals, and reports.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Update customer records, sales trackers, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounting, and Logistics for order status and delivery scheduling.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for sales documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely response to client concerns.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or management. Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Business or related course.
  • With at least 1 year experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or Office Administration (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
