Sales Secretary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales documents such as quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Assist Sales Executives with client follow-ups, proposals, and reports.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Update customer records, sales trackers, and internal databases.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounting, and Logistics for order status and delivery scheduling.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems for sales documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely response to client concerns.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or management. Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business or related course.
- With at least 1 year experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, or Office Administration (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Can work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
