MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years of work-related experience
  • Basic computer and experience on MRP
  • Construction materials specifications know how.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Release/Issue materials to contractors based on approved requests, ensuring all issuances align with construction stages and BOM quantities.
  • Receive material deliveries according to approved requisitions and specifications, and arrange items properly (5S) for easy counting and to ensure stock on hand meets construction requirements.
  • Encode Receiving Documents and Issuance Slips into NOAH/MRP promptly to maintain accurate stock level monitoring.
  • Verify Delivery Receipts (DR) and Sales Invoices (SI) from suppliers against NOAH/MRP records before forwarding documents to the Accounting Department for 3-way matching.
  • Reconcile, check, and monitor actual inventory counts of all construction materials against the NOAH/MRP system weekly and monthly to ensure accurate tracking of project warehouse inventory.
  • Monitor daily inventory levels to prevent discrepancies between actual material counts and NOAH/MRP records.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory counts to confirm the accuracy of the inventory management system, verify that stock on hand is sufficient for construction needs, and reconcile physical counts with NOAH/MRP records to identify variances.
  • Assist in resolving, minimizing, and preventing stock discrepancies, and support the monitoring and disposal/sale of excess, non-moving, or scrap materials not needed for construction.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
