Offshore Outsource Operations Inc. is looking for a versatile and driven Full Stack AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on building agentic AI systems—AI agents that can plan, reason, act autonomously, and deliver value across various domains.

This is a unique opportunity for a full stack engineer with a passion for AI/ML to work at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and agentic AI tooling. You'll contribute to the entire technology stack—from front-end user interfaces to back-end services, ML pipelines, and integration of autonomous agents using state-of-the-art AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

●      Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications that incorporate AI/ML and agentic systems.

●      Build and deploy machine learning models and pipelines into cloud-based, production-ready environments.

●      Develop APIs, backend systems, and front-end interfaces that enable interaction with autonomous agents and AI systems.

●      Integrate AI agents (LLMs, tool-using agents, planning agents) using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or custom-built agentic architectures.

●      Collaborate closely with AI researchers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver seamless AI-driven applications.

●      Implement robust data handling, storage, and visualization layers to support agentic workflows.

●      Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.

●      Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve system performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications

●      Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information technology, data science or similar fields

● years of professional experience in full stack software development.

●      Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, etc.) and proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, , Vue, etc.).

●      Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience integrating ML models into applications.

●      Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI) or demonstrated interest in agentic system design.

●      Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

●      Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.

●      Passion for AI, autonomous agents, and building innovative products.
