Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple motorcycle dealerships within a designated cluster, overseeing sales, service, and operations to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction across the cluster.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor dealership staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
  • Monitor dealership performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic to the dealerships and increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as regulatory requirements governing dealership operations.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to strengthen the dealership's reputation and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience trade/retail/wholesale and dealership management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of motorcycle industry trends, products, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated cluster as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
