QUALITY ASSURANCE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Control to be in charge of all quality assurance activities. The Quality Assurance responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.

As a Quality Assurance/Control you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.

· Responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company's policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.

· Maintains close working relationships with other department personnel in order to meet and maintain product quality, identify, solve and prevent problems affecting product quality,

· Maximize productivity, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology or related field

· At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in a food manufacturing company

· Knowledge in cGMP, HACCP, FSSC

· Good understanding of quality testing within the food and beverage industry to include analytical, microbiological and sensory evaluation. Must possess a basic understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis.

· Ability to work under pressure in an extremely fast paced environment, meet deadlines (shifting and overtime work is required) and make effective decisions.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Skills in organization and prioritization, and attention to details.

· Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.

· Must be able to effectively communicate ideas (verbally and in writing), be a self-starter and handle difficult reporting situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
