Transport Coordinator

General Functions:

• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely receipt, retrieval, and dispatch of goods in accordance with the security, health, and safety requirements
• Manage transport operations efficiently and effectively by performing punctual receiving and delivering of goods
• Meet target transports and logistics of the company
• Manage the recruitment and training of staff

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong leadership
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Has the strong ability to motivate others, delegate tasks, and explain ideas
• Has effective people management skills
• Has knowledge on Warehouse Management (aligned with Good Warehousing Practices)
• Has knowledge on sales and distribution systems and Inventory Management
• Has the analytical ability and technical skills for transport
• Has knowledge on Transport Operations
• Has knowledge on Order to Cash Process

Qualifications:

• Has a degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Has a background in Business Information System (preferred but not required)
• Has at least 2 years in FMCG environment (Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Operations)
• With Professional Driver's License Code 1,2,3 and should be knowledgeable and experienced in automotive
