Flexible Hybrid | 6-Month Internship (with potential for extension or future employment)

We're looking for a fashion-loving, creative Marketing Intern who understands the digital culture of Gen Z and Millennials. If you love fashion, have a passion for storytelling, and want to gain hands-on experience in social media, campaigns, and content creation, this role is for you.

This is a 6-month internship program with the possibility of extension or future employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Content Support. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. Help manage content calendars across platforms and contribute ideas to improve engagement.
  • Content Production Assistance. Support photo and video shoots by helping prepare setups, assisting photographers/videographers, and capturing behind-the-scenes content. Review drafts and suggest improvements to ensure content stays on-brand.
  • Creative Contribution. Contribute campaign ideas, assist in content brainstorming, and participate in content creation (both behind the scenes and occasionally on camera). Stay updated on social media trends and suggest ways to apply them.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine love for fashion and creativity.
  • Interest in marketing, content planning, and social media management.
  • Basic skills in creating content (school projects, personal work, or freelance is a plus).
  • Strong storytelling skills and an eye for brand narratives.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus, but not required (we'll teach you).
  • Excellent communication skills — collaborative, open to feedback, and professional.
  • Organized and able to manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Trend-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Work Setup

  • Flexible Hybrid. Mostly online collaboration.
  • In-Person. Required only for shoot days or occasional coworking sessions within Metro Manila.

Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php21,000.00 per month
