Project Nurse

Purpose of the Position: Reporting to the Safety Supervisor, the Project Nurse is responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Occupational Health Programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement wellness and health program
• Administer first aid treatment and proper medication to employees as needed.
• In case of any accident, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital
• Maintain medical and other health-related records of all employees
• Organize regular medical examinations of all employees
• Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time
• Investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to employees
• Assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to vehicles and property
• Investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions
• Conduct toolbox meetings for management, supervisors, and workers on health and safety practices
• Inspect machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be required from time to time

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Registered Nurse
• Minimum of one (1) year of work-related experience in an occupational setting
• Must be willing to work in Norzagaray, Bulacan.
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;
• Creative, forward thinker.
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
• Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A reliable professional who follows the organization and department procedures; and completes tasks promptly.
