We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Precast Engineer with a background in civil engineering, construction, and precast systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing production workflows and schedules. This is a stay-in position, and applicants must be willing to relocate as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate precast production and installation activities
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, QA/QC, logistics, and site engineers
• Review plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer with relevant experience in precast concrete and construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Willing to stay on-site (stay-in duty)
• Willing to relocate
