Job Title: Technical Assistant

Location: Naic, Cavite(Horizontal Property / Residential Village)

Reports To: Village Administrator / Property Manager / Facilities Engineer

Job Summary:

The Technical Assistant supports the day-to-day technical and maintenance operations of the residential village. This includes assisting in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of utilities, common areas, and equipment, ensuring that all systems within the subdivision are functioning efficiently and in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the inspection and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil systems within the village.
• Coordinate and monitor repair works for common areas (clubhouse, guardhouse, parks, drainage systems, etc.).
• Provide technical support for projects, renovations, or upgrades in the subdivision.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts used in maintenance and repair.
• Assist in the documentation of inspections, incidents, and repair works.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for technical requirements.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks in coordination with the Property Manager.
• Respond to resident service requests or complaints related to technical or maintenance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and village regulations.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Property Manager or Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of ENGINEERING course(Electrical, or Mechanical)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in property management, residential estates).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site in Naic, Cavite.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
