  • Manage senior analysts across climate, community, and biodiversity domains
  • Ensure compliance with Verra's VCS AUDef, ARR, and CCB standards
  • Collaborate with engineers, field teams, and external partners
  • Deliver high-quality, standards-compliant monitoring and reporting outputs
  • Support climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and green livelihoods through Nature-based solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years in data analytics, including 3+ years in leadership
  • Experience in climate, forestry, or sustainability projects preferred
  • Proven track record managing high-performing analytics teams
  • Strong skills in cloud platforms, data pipelines, and visualization tools
  • Expertise in:
  • Data platforms: Google BigQuery, Looker, Snowflake, PostgreSQL
  • Cloud & orchestration: GCP, AWS, Apache Airflow
  • Programming: Python, PySpark
  • Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Looker Data Studio
  • Geospatial tools: Google Earth Engine, QGIS, ArcGIS
  • Familiarity with biodiversity & social monitoring systems (SmartPatrol, Cybertracker) is a plus
