  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
  • Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
  • Generate purchase orders when necessary
  • Obtain and print signatures on all checks
  • Assist senior financial officers as needed
  • Leads the month-end closing process.
  • Records all accounts payable transactions.
  • Follows accounting and tax laws and standards.
  • Investigates accounts payable issues as needed.
  • Builds relationships with vendors and colleagues.
  • Sets the accounts payable departmental budget.
  • Manages and trains accounts payable coordinators.
  • Hires and onboards accounts payable coordinators.
  • Ensures payments are made accurately and on time.
  • Creates accounts payable processes and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
