Key Responsibilities
  • Perform SAP Basis administration tasks including system installation, configuration, monitoring, and tuning.
  • Manage system copies, client administration, transport management, and user/security administration.
  • Apply support packages, patches, and system upgrades (ERP, NetWeaver, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability and reliability of SAP applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Basis-related issues in collaboration with infrastructure, functional, and development teams.
  • Maintain SAP system landscapes across development, QA, and production environments.
  • Implement and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations.
  • Provide technical support during SAP projects, including migrations, implementations, and enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, operations manuals, and technical procedures.
  • Support compliance with IT controls, audit requirements, and security standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience across multiple modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations.

  • Transport Management System (TMS).
  • Performance tuning and system health monitoring.
  • User and authorization management.
  • Experience working with databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2).
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) relevant to SAP landscapes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Amenable to work 2-3 days Onsite and Midshift schedule (3pm-12am)
