Job Description:
1. Content Vision & Strategy: Define the content roadmap (e.g., street interviews, viral videos) and ensure alignment with overall brand objectives.
2. Resource & Budget Management: Allocate budgets for content projects, monitor spending, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
3. Team Oversight: Supervise the Content Supervisor and coordinate with In-House Influencers, ensuring cohesive collaboration.
4. Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep content fresh, engaging, and innovative.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Community & Livestream Manager to synchronize content themes and promotional scheduling.
6. Performance Metrics: Define and track content KPIs (e.g., views, engagement, conversion), adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
7. Quality Assurance: Review final outputs for consistency, brand compliance, and messaging accuracy.
8. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, industry partners, and influencer agencies, facilitating collaboration and resource acquisition to support company needs.
9. Video Production Leadership: Lead the team to secure an inspiring and quality video content production that upholds brand identity, collaborating with other relevant departments throughout production.
