Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team. The Sales Clerk is responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist them with product selection.

  • Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries.

  • Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is properly displayed.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

  • Monitor inventory and report low stock to management.

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
