Accounting

  1. Process payables.

  2. Process receivables

  3. Sort revenues, purchases and expenses accordingly.

  4. Make billings, daily cashier reports

  5. Record bills, sales, purchases and expenses

  6. Records Inventory and input inventory items.

Filing

  1. Proper filing of documents

  2. Categorize documents according to:

-department

-supplier

-accounts payable

-accounts receivable

-OTA

-Guest account

Inventory

-taking into account all the items within the hotel

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-fresh-grad may also apply

-have work experience in the admin/back office in preferably a Hospitality/Tourism-related industry.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills in English & Cebuano language.

-Must be computer literate, able to prioritize and multitask efficiently, good time management skills

  • Must be highly detail-oriented, neat, and organized

-Must be able to coordinate and communicate with people professionally, efficiently and effectively

  • Able to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance

  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

  • Flexible whether working with a team or working alone in achieving goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
