Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to create forecasts about the cost of a project.
  • Create estimation reports for the project manager.
  • Collaborate with the commercial manager to make decisions about resource allocation.
  • Anticipate potential risks and develop preventative solutions.
  • Assist with feasibility studies and strategize how to increase margins of profit of a project.
  • Identify costs and overall budget, ensuring the project is on track.
  • Review and assess project timelines.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the construction industry.
  • Astute in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured organization skills, highly resourceful, and dependable.
  • Driven and motivated with a strong attention to detail.
