Job Opportunity: Cadet Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Cadet Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Graduate to 1 year experience) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with our operations and logistics affiliate, particularly focused on the maintenance and management of tugboats used for rentals and other related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical issues.
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of tugboat operations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support general mechanical engineering tasks as needed, across various operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of marine operations is a plus but not required.
