Job Title: Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Mechanical Project Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of MEPF-related construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with teams and subcontractors, handling project documentation and billings, and ensuring that all work meets quality, budget, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily project activities related to mechanical and MEPF systems to ensure smooth execution and compliance with design specifications.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on timelines, issues, and key milestones.

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet required standards for quality, safety, budget, and schedule.

  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, progress billings, and other records.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Handle the billing process: prepare and submit progress billings, track payments, and support collection efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in mechanical systems and MEPF construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical installations.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication and time management skills with attention to detail.
