Digital Marketing Officer

As a Digital Marketing Officer (Nono's), you will be the voice of our brand in the digital space, driving meaningful engagement with our audience and showcasing our restaurant as the go-to destination for comfort food and memorable dining experiences. With your creativity and strategic mindset, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand's presence, fostering loyalty, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), maintaining a consistent brand tone, style, and messaging across all posts.
- Collaborate with the Creatives team and third-party content creators to create visuals and videos for the relevant platforms.
- Curate community-driven content such as user-generated content (UGC) reposts, comment highlights, and trending topics to strengthen engagement.
- Proactively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across the brand's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Engage with followers by responding promptly and authentically to messages and comments.
- Build connections and foster community growth with followers, customers, media partners, bloggers, and influencers through meaningful conversations and interactive content.
- Monitor key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) and generate monthly reports.
- Use analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve content performance.
- Maintain, update, and manage content across the brand website (e.g., new products, campaigns, promotions, news, blogs).
- Monitor and ensure that all website information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Regularly review site performance, user journey, and navigation structure to improve usability and engagement.
- Address inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner to address any negative feedback or online crises promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and follow escalation protocols in line with the brand's values and standards.
- Track brand mentions, keywords, competitors, industry trends, and consumer sentiment across social media platforms, forums, blogs, and review sites.
- Use social listening tools to gather data and generate weekly and monthly reports on brand health.
- Monitor food trends, competitor campaigns, social media innovations, feedback, and brand positioning to stay updated on industry benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social).
- Creative skills in graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for food and a deep understanding of restaurant audiences.
