Banquet Supervisor

Awesome Hotel Inc. is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team in San Fernando City, La Union. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all banquet events at our premier hotel. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of banquet service, including setup, service, and cleanup
2. Manage and train a team of banquet servers, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards
3. Liaise with event organizers, catering teams, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery
4. Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment to support banquet operations
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for guests
6. Provide feedback and recommendations to management to improve banquet operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
3. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure
4. Proficient in event coordination, including setup, service, and cleanup procedures
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
6. Familiarity with food and beverage operations, including inventory management and ordering
7. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
