Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in production or process engineering within a manufacturing environment (e.g., automotive, electronics, medical devices, heavy industry).
  • Hands-on experience with production line setup, process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, planning, etc.) to support continuous production.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and capacity planning.
  • Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and cycle time analysis.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for tooling and layout planning.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
