The position is responsible for the implementation of the approved audit plan through a logical and systematic method of identifying, analyzing, assessing, treating, monitoring and communicating risks associated with any activity, functions or procedures that are embedded within the organization's business process in such a way that will enable the company to minimize losses and maximize opportunities. 

Essential Job Functions

  1. Internal Audit Delivery
  2. Performs pre-audit on assigned business unit.
  3. Performs audit engagements based on the International Standards on the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the established audit policies and procedures of the company.
  4. Conducts operations audit based on the results of risk assessments performed by the Risk Assessor.
  5. Performs other audit engagements, including but not limited to the following:
  6. Financial Audit
  7. Compliance Audit
  8. Inventory Audit

  9. Cash Count Audit

  10. Audit Engagement Documentation and Presentation

  11. Prepares and present audit reports based on the results of the engagement.

Audit Engagement Follow Through

  1. Conducts follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions on audit findings and recommendations.
  2. Monitors status of audit issues until the action plan is adequately implemented.

Process Improvement and/or Innovation

  1. Reviews policies and procedures prior to implementation.
  2. Engages to continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best

practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

  1. Leadership and People Management -
    In charge of other Auditors in the absence of the Audit Supervisor.

  2. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Education and Experience

  1. Graduate of 4-year course, Internal Auditing, Accountancy, finance or any related course
  2. CPA or CIA is an advantage but not required
  3. 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar or related role, Fresh Graduates (BS Accountancy, Financial Management or Accounting related courses) are also welcome to apply
