Job Overview:

KGolf Alabang is looking for a skilled and experienced Café Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of solid work experience in a restaurant or cafe, experience in a Korean café or restaurant is highly preferred. The candidate should also have the creativity and initiative to develop and create new recipes that will help expand and improve our café menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items following café standards and recipes
• Create and develop new menu items and recipes for food and drinks
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Manage inventory, monitor supplies, and assist with ordering ingredients
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with management to plan seasonal or promotional menu offerings

Qualifications:

• With 2–3 years of work experience in a restaurant or café – this is a MUST
• Experience in a Korean café or restaurant is a strong advantage
• Must have proven ability to create and innovate recipes
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, portioning, and kitchen operations
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
