JOB SUMMARY:

The Pastry Chef (Entry Level) assists in the preparation and decoration of cakes, pastries, and bakedgoods following R Bakery's standards for quality, presentation, and consistency. This role is hands-on indaily production and is key in maintaining creativity and precision in every product.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and frostings according to recipes.

● Perform cake decorating, piping, and finishing work on cakes and specialty pastries.

● Ensure consistency in product quality, portioning, and presentation.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking tools.

● Support inventory control by properly labeling and storing ingredients.

● Assist in daily production targets and ensure orders are completed on time.

● Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

● Collaborate with the pastry team for new product designs and seasonal creations.

● Handle baking tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least Vocational or Associate Degree in Baking, Culinary Arts, or related course.

Knowledge in cake decorating and piping techniques is required.

Previous experience in a bakery, hotel, or café setting is an advantage but not required.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
